With an open floor plan, I kept this residence clean but inviting. Warm woods –including hardwood floor through the foyer, office, great room and dining room –lends a natural feel, and the reused/sustainable materials are environment-friendly.

The custom stone fireplace brings warmth into the room both literally and visually. Decorative panels allow for privacy without blocking light excessively.

Leading into the sun room, a vivid blue frames a beautiful natural view. The comfortable sofa and chair are perfect for a relaxing morning.

I kept the foyer simple with soft neutral colors and a floral area rug. Off to the left, colors of sage, rust and chocolate brown encase the office. Wrought iron accents complement the soft colors.

Hydrangea blue walls and yellow checkered curtains keep the white porcelain from being too cold/harsh in this powder room.
